Every experience in dating teaches me what to look for quickly. It also teaches me about my own reactions and where my own triggers are. Trust your emotional reactions to someone but recognize that when your temper trigger is tripped, you can:

– allow the episode to anger or depress you or

– you can gain clarity.

Bounce off of what may be viewed as a negative experience and come back from it with optimism.
